Terms & Conditions
Mandatory Socks
- Socks are required for both children and adults in the cafe and playarea.
- If someone arrives without socks, they can purchase disposable socks for βΉ50 perpair.
Booking
- As a standard practice we take the provision of 10%more than minimum guarantee given
- 50% payment has to be made in advance. this payment is not refundable under any circumstances.
- Playtime and cafe time are inclusive
- Cake is to be brought by the host. .
- Taxes extra as applicable.
- Extra kids/ adults ( if any ) will be charges on the card rate.
Prohibited Actions
- Damaging or taking away decorations or toy is strictly prohibited.
- Outside decorations ,food, and drinks are not allowed.
- Packaging of food is not permitted.
- Cafe food and drinks are strictly prohibited in the play area.
Conduct
- Children mustbehave appropriately and respect other children and staff members.
- Disruptive or aggressive behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the playarea.
- A charge of βΉ 2500/-will have to made in case party does not wind sup within the stipulated time alloted.
Health & Illness
Children with contagious illnesses or medical conditions that may pose a risk to others are not allowed in the play area
Safety & Responsibility
- Unplug Kids reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if their behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate
- Guests are responsible for their belongings; Unplug Kids is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items
- Guests may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
- Private party can be arranged at an additional cost of βΉ6,000/
