Terms & Conditions
Mandatory Socks
- Socks are required for both children and adults in the cafe and play area.
- If someone arrives without socks, they can purchase disposable socks for ₹50 per pair.
Registration
- Parents/guardians must register their child before entering the play area.
- Play area services are available on an hourly basis.
- Additional charges will apply for extended playtime at ₹50 for every 15 minutes.
- No Refunds in any case once the Kids enter the premises.
Prohibited Actions
- Damaging or taking away decorations or toy is strictly prohibited.
- Outside decorations ,food, and drinks are not allowed.
- Packaging of food is not permitted.
- Cafe food and drinks are strictly prohibited in the play area.
- No sharp objects allowed
- Participants must abide by safety restrictions, including no running, double bouncing, double flips, gainers, and diving.
Conduct
- Children mustbehave appropriately and respect other children and staff members.
- Disruptive or aggressive behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the playarea.
Health & Illness
Children with contagious illnesses or medical conditions that may pose a risk to others are not allowed in the play area
Safety & Responsibility
- Unplug Kids reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if their behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate
- Guests are responsible for their belongings; Unplug Kids is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items
- Guests may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
- Participants are responsible for their actions and behaviors during the activities.
