By visiting Unplug Kids or booking our services you agree to the following terms.

Entry & registration

• Parents/guardians must register their child before entering the play area.
• Socks are mandatory for children and adults in the play area and café (disposable socks: ₹50 per pair).
• Play-area services are available on an hourly basis; extended playtime is charged at ₹50 for every 15 minutes.

Safety & conduct

• Participants must follow staff instructions and safety restrictions, including no running, double bouncing, double flips, gainers or diving on trampolines.
• Children must behave appropriately and respect other children and staff. Disruptive or aggressive behaviour may result in immediate dismissal from the play area.
• Children with contagious illnesses, or medical conditions that may pose a risk to others, are not allowed in the play area.
• Unplug Kids reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate.

Food, décor & property

• Outside food, drinks and decorations are not allowed. Café food and drinks are not allowed inside the play area.
• Damaging or taking away decorations or toys is strictly prohibited. No sharp objects are allowed.
• Guests are responsible for their belongings; Unplug Kids is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Photography

Guests may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Please inform our staff if you do not wish your child to be photographed.

Bookings, memberships & payments

Birthday parties, school picnics and memberships are subject to the specific terms shown on their pages and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Taxes are extra as applicable. Prices and offers may change without notice; the price confirmed at booking applies.
