General & Timings
Where is Unplug Kids located?
We're at Basement, Girdhar Complex, Opp. Poonam Gas Agency, Scheme No. 6, Jind, Haryana. Get directions on Google Maps.
What are your timings?
We're open from 11 AM to 9 PM. For birthday parties and school picnics, please book your slot in advance.
Which age group is Unplug Kids for?
Our indoor playground is designed for children from babies up to 12 years, with a separate gated Infant World for toddlers aged 1–3. School picnics are for students aged 2–14.
Is the play area air-conditioned?
Yes – all our indoor play areas and party rooms are fully air-conditioned, so kids can play comfortably in any season.
Are socks compulsory?
Yes, socks are required for both children and adults in the play area and café. Disposable socks are available for ₹50 per pair.
Can we bring outside food?
Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Our café serves snacks, meals and shakes; café food is not allowed inside the play area.
Is there Wi-Fi for parents?
Yes – parents can relax on our sofas with free Wi-Fi while the kids play.
Hourly Play
How much does hourly play cost?
1 hour ₹300, 2 hours ₹500 and unlimited play ₹700 – each ticket includes one accompanying adult. Each extra person is ₹100. See Hourly Play.
What if we want to stay longer?
Extended playtime is charged at ₹50 for every 15 minutes.
Do I need to register my child?
Yes, parents/guardians must register their child before entering the play area.
Are refunds given for play tickets?
No refunds are given once the kids have entered the premises.
Birthday Parties
What's included in a birthday party?
2 hours of playtime with 45+ activities, standard décor (stage area & bubble rain), a cartoon character meet & greet, a mini snacks counter, digital photos of the event, 2–3 fun games for parents, a personalised video for your standee and welcome drinks for parents. See Birthday Party packages.
How much does a private birthday party cost?
Our 3-hour private party starts at ₹14,999 for up to 15 kids, ₹18,999 for 15–20 kids and ₹24,999 for 21–35 kids. Taxes extra as applicable.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes – 10% off for a minimum of 15 kids and 15% off for a minimum of 20 kids on the birthday package.
What are the party time slots?
10 AM – 12 PM, 1 – 3 PM, 4 – 6 PM and 7 – 9 PM.
Can we bring our own cake?
Yes, the cake is brought by the host. Outside decorations and food are not allowed.
How do I confirm a booking?
A 50% advance payment confirms your slot. This advance is non-refundable.

School Picnics
How much does a school picnic cost?
₹200 per student for the 2-hour Basic picnic and ₹300 per student for the 2.5-hour Premium picnic, with a minimum of 40 students per slot. See School Picnics.
What are the picnic timings?
Two morning slots: 9 – 11 AM and 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM. Pre-booking is compulsory.
What is included?
Exclusive use of the play zone, 45+ activities, snacks for students, dancing & singing, HD photos (soft copy), school branding at the picnic, refreshments for teachers and a ₹50 e-coupon for every child (sent to parents on WhatsApp).
How many teachers should accompany students?
A minimum of 1 teacher for every 12 students is required for supervision.
Is it suitable in winter or rain?
Yes – Unplug Kids is fully indoor and air-conditioned, so picnics go ahead in fog, cold, heat or rain.
Membership
What membership passes do you offer?
PlayPass ₹4,000 (16 entries), FunPass ₹7,000 (35 entries), JoyRider ₹9,000 (60 entries), Funfinity ₹12,500 (100 entries) and FunMax ₹15,000 (150 entries). Each entry is 1 hour and passes are valid for 1 year. See Membership.
Can membership be used for birthday parties?
No, membership credit cannot be used for birthday parties or get-togethers.
Is membership refundable or transferable?
Membership fees are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-negotiable.
