Advance payments, refunds and cancellations

Hourly play

No refunds are given once children have entered the premises.

Birthday parties

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm a birthday party booking. This advance is non-refundable under any circumstances.
As standard practice we plan for 10% more than the minimum guaranteed guest count. Extra kids/adults beyond the package are charged as per the package rates.
Extra time beyond the booked slot is chargeable.

School picnics

School picnics must be booked in advance. Payment, date-change and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing with the school at the time of booking.

Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-negotiable, and the validity period cannot be modified once the membership is issued. If a member visit is not possible due to capacity limits or a private party, the visit can be rescheduled.

Online payments

Where a refund is approved by Unplug Kids, it will be processed to the original payment method. Refund timelines depend on the payment provider and bank.
